The emergency folder (Notfallmappe) collects on 16 pages what relatives need to know in a crisis: emergency contacts, where important documents are kept, insurance, contracts, an account overview, key and house information, and notes on pets and digital life.

It deliberately has no account numbers, PINs or passwords; you only note where things are kept. It contains no powers of attorney, living wills or will templates, only a field for where the originals are stored. All labels are in German. A template for organising, not legal advice.
