The receipt filing system (Belegordner-System) gives every receipt a fixed place: tabs for incoming and outgoing receipts, a numbering scheme, routing slips, monthly cover sheets and copy templates, plus a weekly, monthly and yearly routine and a hand-over list for your tax adviser.

The included Excel receipt list has 500 rows, drop-down lists and formulas that total receipts per month, category and payment method. All labels are in German. A template for organising, not tax advice; it names no retention periods on purpose.
