Payment & delivery

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Payment

You pay either with PayPal – using your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, by card – or via Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more (the methods shown depend on your country and device). All prices are final prices in euros; PayPal converts them into your currency if needed. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme, Kleinunternehmerregelung) – no VAT is charged.

Delivery

Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs. Once your payment has arrived, you will receive an email with the download link (ZIP file) and your order confirmation, usually on the same day, at the latest within 2 working days after payment has been received. Please download the files within 30 days.

Countries

We sell to all EU countries as well as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We cannot currently sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; business customers from the UK are welcome.

How it works

1. Choose a product and select “Continue to order”.
2. Check the order summary, choose your country, tick the two required boxes and click one of the payment buttons (PayPal or Stripe).
3. Pay with PayPal or Stripe and send the prepared order email.
4. Receive the download link by email.
