The wedding binder (Hochzeitsordner) gathers the planning in one place: a timeline from twelve months before to the wedding day, a budget with deposits, a guest list for up to 38 people, a vendor page, seating notes, and a day schedule with an emergency kit.
All labels are in German. For the registry office and the name change there are task lists where you note the deadlines you get from the responsible office; the binder names none. A template for organising, not legal advice.
