Excel sheet for purchase receipts: warranty end date by formula, traffic light and filing place, plus a printable receipt sheet.
Receipts, deadlines and filing places in one spot: you enter the item, shop, purchase date and price. The sheet calculates the end of the statutory warranty period (purchase date plus months) and shows a traffic light. The default period is a starting value that you can change for all rows or for single purchases. A second column holds the manufacturer's written promise with its own traffic light.
The 3-page PDF explains how to file receipts and has a receipt sheet to copy and fill in. You must check the periods in your receipt or contract yourself; this is a template for organising, not legal advice. All labels and instructions are in German.
