Are the products available in English?

No. The spine labels, the filing plan and the editor are in German, because they are made for German paperwork (tax office, health insurance, German retention periods). This page is translated so that you know exactly what you are buying.

Can I use the filing plan outside Germany?

The structure (binders, tabs, routines) works anywhere, but the categories and especially the retention periods follow German law. For other countries, please check your local rules.

Do the spines fit my binders?

The ready-made spines measure 60 × 280 mm (wide) and 38 × 280 mm (narrow). Spine label sizes vary between binders – please measure first. In the editor you can set any width from 20 to 90 mm and any height from 100 to 285 mm.

How often may I print?

As often as you like – for your own binders, privately and in your own business. You may not pass on or resell the files.

Do I need an account?

No. You pay with PayPal or via Stripe (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit) and receive the download link by email.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that the download is provided before the withdrawal period ends – see the information on the right of withdrawal. If there is a problem with the files, we will of course still help.
