Ablagewerk Ablagewerk

General terms and conditions for digital content

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope, provider

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Ablagewerk online shop between Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany (“we”) and you as a customer. We exclusively offer digital content for download. We supply the countries listed for selection on the order page; we do not supply consumers in the United Kingdom. Deviating terms do not apply.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. Before buying, the order page shows you a summary of the product, price and delivery method, and you can correct your details by going back. By clicking one of the payment buttons (“Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”) you submit a binding offer and are forwarded to PayPal or Stripe. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or send the download link.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme, Kleinunternehmerregelung) – no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made, at your choice, via PayPal or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. If you pay via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page; the purchase price is due immediately when you order.

4. Delivery

We deliver by download link to the email address given with your order or to the email address you provided to PayPal or Stripe, usually on the same day, at the latest within 2 working days after payment has been received. The link remains valid for at least 30 days; please download and save the files promptly. If no link arrives, please contact sunfieldshops@gmail.com.

5. Rights of use

Upon full payment you receive a simple, non-transferable right of unlimited duration to use the content for your own private and professional purposes (including within your own business). You may print unlimited copies for your own folders, including at several workstations within your own business. In particular, you may not resell or pass on the files, offer them publicly for download or distribute them as your own templates. We retain the copyright.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the information on the right of withdrawal. For digital content it expires early under the conditions stated there.

7. Defects

The statutory provisions apply, in particular §§ 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) for digital products. We provide updates where necessary to keep the content in conformity with the contract. Please report errors to sunfieldshops@gmail.com.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

9. Note on content

The retention periods in the filing plan reflect German law as of November 2026, with sources. They do not constitute legal or tax advice and do not apply to other countries.

10. Contract text, language

We store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms with the confirmation email. The contract language is German; translations of these pages are for information only.

11. Dispute resolution, final provisions

Information on dispute resolution can be found in the legal notice. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
